Serving 30 years as CEO for Carter & Clark, Stacy has led the firm to become the nation’s premier land surveying firm. With proven expertise in construction management, land planning, land surveying, civil and structural engineering, Stacy has earned the business and trust of nationally recognized clients like DR Horton, URS and the State of Texas. Stacy oversees all aspects of the business management and provides the overall vision and direction for the company. Stacy obtained her civil engineering education from Georgia Tech, her land surveying training from Middle Georgia College and a Mathematics and Statistics degree from Mercer University. As a community leader, Stacy has been recognized in both the 2012 and 2013 editions of Gwinnett Magazine’s “People to Know”.

As a partner and Chief Operating Officer, Chris is responsible for all surveying operations for Carter & Clark. As a Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, a Level II Georgia Soil & Water Conservation Design Professional and a LEED Green Associate, Chris has extensive experience in all aspects of land surveying, land planning and project management. Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying and Mapping from Southern Polytechnic State University. In his previous role with KCI Technologies, Chris was responsible for the State of Georgia Survey Practice. Previously, Chris was the co-owner of Clark Canady, LLC, and the Survey Department Head for LandTec Engineering and Surveying and Patton-Boyer, Inc. As such, he brings 17 years of diverse professional surveying and engineering experience to the firm.
