Brandon P. Ansley is the Chief Executive Officer of Carter + Clark. He leads the company’s operations and oversees the company’s ongoing strategic growth initiatives.
In his previous role with Carter + Clark, Mr. Ansley served as President, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the business, including Sales, Client Care, HR, Finance and Operations.
Before joining Carter + Clark, Ansley served as the co-owner and Chief Revenue Officer of Cingo, Inc., a residential services company providing inspection and home protection services from 7 offices throughout Georgia & South Carolina.
Mr. Ansley began his career as an attorney on the business litigation team at King & Spalding in Atlanta until accepting an offer from a client to help start a green building products company, where he facilitated partnerships with national pest control companies and insulation contractors to create a valuable national product offering. Ansley later served as President of a private equity backed field services platform business before eventually starting his own residential services company in 2016.
Ansley enjoys spending time with his family -- he has 5 young children with his wife Emily – and he holds a law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Citadel.

Michelle Leahy Bacchus joined the Carter + Clark team in 2013 and is a proven leader with extensive experience in management, business development, account management, operations & customer service. As the Vice President of Integration, Michelle is responsible for initial client setup ensuring both internal and external client satisfaction. Michelle dives deep into understanding what the client needs and how the client operates in order to ensure both the client and Carter + Clark are set up for success from the beginning. Client satisfaction is the foundation of C+C's success and Michelle makes sure it stays that way.
Prior to her current role, Michelle was Vice President of Disaster Recovery, she is responsible for the Government Disaster Recovery Program Operations, working to ensure that every order is processed quickly and to the highest standards of quality. She also held a successful position as VP of Account Management where she led the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction and organic growth by establishing scalable procedures, recruiting, training while providing top-tier customer service - even as the company quadrupled in size. It’s this ambitious mix of aggressive sales, superior support, and decisive management, which has made Michelle a critical factor in C+C’s surge of success.
Michelle has held leadership positions for more than 20 years. After working for 9 years in sales management for Gateway Computers, Michelle was a Banking Center Manager for Bank of America, where she was accountable for the NE Division Mortgage Development and the SBA Management teams in addition to managing a full scale banking center for Bank of America.
She is married, has three daughters, and resides in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

Stephen Weatherley joined Carter + Clark in 2022 as a member of the executive leadership team. As Chief Revenue Officer, Stephen is responsible for all business development activities at Carter + Clark. A veteran sales leader, Stephen is adept at developing relationships and creating ways to help clients grow their businesses.
After 4 years in software engineering, Stephen spent over 20 years in sales. He has 15+ years of sales leadership experience. He spent 16 years in the industrial automation and robotics industry prior to 2 years in executive recruiting. Stephen believes in working with clients to discover their unique needs and developing solutions that are mutually beneficial. He has earned multiple President’s Club awards throughout his career and thoroughly enjoys the sales process. Over his career, Stephen has been a key player in helping businesses achieve extreme revenue growth over short periods of time.
Stephen graduated from The University of Texas in Austin with a Business/Economics degree. He is married and has four children. He resides in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

David Baggett is the VP of Operations at Carter + Clark. He oversees the largest department in the company that includes field operations and production for Builder Services. Mr. Baggett ensures that every order is processed efficiently and with the highest of standards. With more than 30 years in the industry, David represents C+C providing knowledge, guidance and support to both our clients and employees.
Prior to working for C+C, David was the owner / operator of D.J. Baggett Land Surveying, LLC in Winder, GA providing quality land surveys to the northeast Georgia area.
David enjoys spending time with his family. He lives in Winder, GA with his wife and two children. David attended Southern Tech (now Kennesaw State College and University) in Marietta, GA. He is a licensed Land Surveyor in the State of Georgia since 1997 and holds Professional Licenses in 15+ states and is a Level II Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Design Professional.

Clint Riley is the Director of Client Experience for Carter + Clark. He leads the Client Experience management team as well as our Orders team to maximize customer service while also helping make the home building process more efficient.
He has been part of the team since October 2022, but had previous roles in Management at several Forbes Top 100 Corporations. Clint also worked with Carter + Clark from 2005-2008 and has seen the transformation that Carter + Clark has achieved through the years.
Clint holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and entertaining both friends and family, as well as rooting on the Georgia Bulldogs.

Allan is the Chief Operating Officer for Carter + Clark and is a key member of the business leadership team providing strategic direction with an emphasis on sales, service support and business optimization. In his role, Allan is focused on optimizing operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.
Before joining Carter and Clark, Allan served as the CEO of the Americas for Italmatch Chemicals, a global leader in the phosphorus market owned by Bain Capital. In this role, he was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing market presence across the region.
Previously, Allan held the position of COO at Chemence, one of the largest medical adhesive manufacturing companies based in the United States serving the global market. While at Chemence, he successfully established a Business Center of Excellence that significantly improved operational efficiency and capital utilization.
Allan's experience also includes serving as CFO and COO of private equity owned EspriGas, where he was a key member of the management buyout team from The Linde Group where he was Division President and began his career.
Allan holds an MBA with concentrations in Strategy and Finance from Emory University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He lives in the Atlanta area with his wife and two children.

Taylor Brown is the Production Director for Carter + Clark. She leads the Starts, CAD, QAC and Technical teams to ensure orders are delivered quickly and accurately to all clients.
In her previous roles, at Carter + Clark, Taylor has worked as a CAD technical, QAC specialist and Production Manager. She has been part of the C+C team since January 2014.
Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Criminology from Georgia Gwinnett College. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and animals and also enjoys travelling.

Jeremy Shaw joined Carter + Clark in 2020 and is a member of the executive leadership team. As the Director of Regulatory Compliance, Jeremy is responsible for ensuring that all survey work is performed in accordance with the standards of practice set forth by the various surveying boards in the states which C+C works. With a technical background in field surveying methodologies, Jeremy also aides the Operations Team with discovering new field procedures to help improve field to office production.
Jeremy attended Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, LA and has been practicing land surveying for 17+ years.
Prior to his career with C+C, he began surveying on various oil and gas projects in southeastern Louisiana and has worked on a wide range of surveying projects including aerial surveying and mapping using remote sensing technology, road construction, water drainage studies, levee design and layout, subdivision design, hydrographic surveying and utility locating. After 11+ years of field surveying work, he spent 6+ years as the manager of the Surveying and Hydrographic Surveying Departments while being the Subsurface Utility Engineering (S.U.E.) Operations Leader.
Currently he holds licenses to practice surveying in Louisiana, Ohio, Florida, Kentucky, and South Carolina. Jeremy is married and lives with his wife and 2 children in Thibodaux, LA.

Shane G. McPherson is a Field Crew Manager at Carter + Clark. He is managing and supporting the field crews in all of our 17 Eastern Time Zone markets, spanning 7 states.
Mr. McPherson began land surveying in the 5th grade, working summers along with his stepdad as a hand, carrying equipment/supplies, hammering stakes, and cutting line through the woods. He continued this summer work throughout high school learning the trade and progressed to rod man and then instrument man and then to party chief as well as many hours spent at courthouses pulling research for projects.
After graduating high school in 1991, Mr. McPherson attended Georgia Tech for two years before transferring to the University of Georgia where he graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 1996. Upon graduating, with goal of working for six months to save money before putting his degree to use, he worked with his step father who had just started to work for Carter and Clark, at that time Carter Land Surveyors, and has been with Carter and Clark since. Shane worked for 17 years as a crew chief, mainly in Atlanta, but also worked in North and South Carolina and spent 2 years working in Texas. After 17 years as a field crew, Shane took the opportunity to move into the office to manage the field crews.
Outside of work Shane enjoys spending time with his wife Heather and their two dogs Charlie and Morgan. He enjoys the mountains and loves the beach. He is also an avid Georgia Tech fan attending all home games and usually a couple of road games each year, which is a true witness of his loyalty to the Jackets.

Kelly Bryant joined Carter + Clark in January of 2023 as the Corporate Controller.
Before joining Carter + Clark, Kelly held various positions in both Operations and Accounting. In her most recent role as Controller, she had responsibility for all accounting functions as well as purchasing, Other recent roles include Director of Finance and accounting manager.
Throughout her career Kelly has moved in and out of accounting to operations roles and has also severed as National Account Manager and Operations Analyst. While accounting often looks back, by understanding operations of a company one can best help forecast and plan.
Kelly holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Arkansas (LR) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from Hendrix College. She is married with one son and spends most her spare time on the water, either sailing or skiing.

Tammy Raper is the Executive Assistant for Carter + Clark who joined the team in October 2022. With over 22 years of expertise supporting the C-Suite and Executives for several Fortune 500 companies, she brings an array of knowledge to the table having worked in various organizations of the business. She has assumed the HR Coordinator role as well supporting the internal teams with any requests.
In her previous roles, she has supported IT, Manufacturing, Procurement, R&D and Supply Chain. Her motivation and drive to excel and continue to learn have provided many opportunities in her career. In her last role, she worked as the Global Organization Change Management Lead for an IBP implementation that was a 1.5 plus year project and many other smaller projects prior to this. Her track record and passion to improve processes has proven beneficial in these various roles.
