Alleviating Builder Material Shortages Excluding a Few

Since the last NAHB analysis, shortages of building materials in certain categories have seen an improvement, except for HVAC equipment, ceramic tiles, clay bricks, and cement-based builder materials. While we are seeing an improvement in most categories, these categories have gotten slightly worse.

On the bright side, these shortages are not as severe as reported shortages in May 2021.
