Buyers Believe it is a Good Time to Find a Home

TD Bank’s First-Time Homebuyer Pulse reported that prospects are feeling more certain about their financial situation, as 54% of respondents reported they are better off financially as opposed to 2 years ago. Also, 39% of first-time buyers believe now is a good time to buy a home.
