Love these insights from Builder online reporting which demographics appear to be migrating to which areas. We began seeing these migration trends during the pandemic, and they are continuing to follow the same trends. Boomers are shifting to Tampa and Vegas, while millennials are migrating to Austin. Metro areas such as New York and San Francisco are continuing to see the biggest outflow of people as generations are moving out of these areas. It is also interesting to learn that home prices are slowing, even in cities experiencing inflows such as Austin.
