Employee Spotlight – Shane McPherson
Shane joined the C+C team 21 years ago. As a Field Manager, he supports our field crews’ activities, including assigning work, providing guidance on situations needing troubleshooting, and assuring jobs meet builder specifications. Shane also provides assistance to Account Managers with technical information and pricing on specialty jobs.
Exposed to the surveying industry when he was 10 years old, Shane mentions that his favorite part about his role is that there is something different and new challenges, every day.
The quote, "Good, better, best, never rest until your good is better than their best” is Shane’s favorite quote, which reflects the advice he follows from his dad about the importance of maintaining a good work ethic.
