Employee Spotlight – Taylor Brown

Taylor has been with our C+C team for almost seven years. Her role as Production Manager is to oversee and push the day-to-day production, specifically in the CAD department. Her daily tasks include routing work, reviewing elevation certificates and municipality forms, supporting QA, manning the time clock, picking up other tasks as needed and maintaining constant communication with our teams.

Reflecting on what motivates her most, Taylor credits her team and coworkers. “The Production Team members are the reason we produce so much work and are able to be the best at what we do. Getting the work out and seeing the employees learn new things, take ownership and succeed are motivating.”
