Homebuilding Geography Index

The Homebuilding Geography Index revealed that rural markets continue to gain market share in the SF home sector. These growth rates resulted in large metro core counties and large metro outlying counties. These areas accounted for over half of the SF home building market share. This data can give us optimist that while SF construction pace has slowed, a rebound is coming in these low-density areas that have higher affordability.
