Housing Market Appears Back on Track
According to the U.S. Census Bureau (and as reported by Zillow.com), “December housing starts rose 16.9 percent from November and 40.8 percent from a year ago, to slightly more than 1.6 million (SAAR) — the highest level since December 2006.”
While there is still a shortage of buildable lots, this looks like good news for builders who enter 2020 with a strong economy and high demand for new homes.
