Housing Starts on the Horizon

Mortgage News Daily reported that builders are seeing a turn-around in housing starts on the horizon. According to the NAHB, builder confidence has improved for the first time after 12 months of declines. While we hope to see continued improvements in the industry, we are still seeing issues with elevated construction costs, building material supply chain disruptions, and challenging affordability for new construction.
