Great news that 54% of home buyers plan to buy in the competitive landscape, as reported in Bank of America’s 2023 Homebuyer Insights Report. It is important to know who your buyers are, and the report revealed out of that 54% planning to buy, 62% are Gen Zers + 55% are millennials.

The majority of prospective buyers believe they have more confidence buying a home today, as opposed to a year ago.
